FAQS regarding returns
Cose Ipanema will happily EXCHANGE merchandise within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Merchandise must have tags still attached.
- Return/Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Only full priced items may be exchanged, sale items are final.
We do not offer REFUNDS unless there is a manufacturer fault.

When returning your merchandise consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.

Free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $300.
Standard Post $15
Orders will be sent with Australian Post's Registered Service, and will take 2-7 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Orders will be sent with Couriers Please, Startrack or Australian Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.
All orders will be processed in 1-2 Business Days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
If you are located outside of Australia, we offer two services:
Flat Rate $18 AUD
-Sent via Australia Post Registered
-Delivery to Europe 6-14 business days
-Delivery to USA & Rest Of World is 5-14 business days
Express $40 AUD
-Sent via Australia Post Express
-Delivery between 3-5 business days (not including any customs delays)

DISPATCH + PROCESSING
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. All orders are passed on to your local post office for delivery, so if you experience any problems, we recommend contacting your local branch.
The customer is responsible if their parcel gets redirected back to Cose Ipanema. does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
